Resetting Passwords
Update your email account passwords
KPS manage customers across a number of servers.
Should you find yourself needing to update your email password, please follow the instructions below.
KPS Hosting Customers
Option 1: Webmail
- Visit the webmail URL for your domain. eg webmail.kpsystems.com.au
- If you're able to log in that means you've got your password already.
- You can then change the password using the Password & Security feature on the Webmail home page.
Option 2: cPanel
- Account managers may have access to cPanel, where the email passwords can be updated for each individual account.
- For more information contact us for gaining access to your cPanel, as recent security updates may impact accessing cPanel.
Option 3: Get in touch with KPS
- We can quickly update your password for account holders.
Mediart Solutions / Redgum Hosting Customers
Option 1: Webmail
- Visit the webmail URL for your domain. eg webmail.mediart.com.au
- If you're able to log in that means you've got your password already.
- You can then change the password using the Password & Security feature on the Webmail home page.
Option 2: cPanel via the Redgum Hosting Customer Portal
- Log into https://accounts.redgumhosting.com to access the Customer Portal information for your site.
- Click "Log into cPanel" next to your hosting package.
- In cPanel open up Email Accounts and then you can update the password via Manage next to the account.
Option 3: cPanel direct URL
- Account managers may have access to cPanel, where the email passwords can be updated for each individual account.

- We can quickly update your password for account holders.
